Premise

These general conditions of service (hereafter "CDS") govern the purchase and sale contract (hereafter, the "Contract") of the services (hereafter, the "service" or "services") offered by Mobilificio 4R Rufa with headquarters in Via Sant'Angelo in Villa 2, 03029 - Veroli (FR), CF / VAT number 00653170605, (hereinafter, "PROJECT") - through its website www.progettaria.com (hereinafter, the "site") and all sites and domains connected to it to users of the site (hereinafter, the "customers" or the "customer").Le presenti condizioni generali di servizio si intendono riferibili solo ed esclusivamente ai clienti qualificabili come “consumatori” ai sensi dell’art. 3, co. 1, lett. a), del D.Lgs. 6 settembre 2005, n. 206, ossia “le persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi estranei all’attività imprenditoriale o professionale eventualmente svolta”, nonché maggiorenni.

All information contained on the site is in Italian. The customer declares to have read all the aforementioned general information and conditions of service, before placing the order for design services.

Before placing the service order, the customer declares that the purchase of this service has no direct relationship with his professional activity, as his purchase is intended for personal use.

The customer also declares to have the legal capacity to commit himself according to the provisions of these conditions of service.

1 - The services provided by "PROGETTARIA" consist in the realization of general studies carried out on the basis of the documentation provided by the Customer (floor plans, photographs, plant plans, description of the pre-existing situation of the property). It is specified that our "online" service has the main purpose of formulating a rough design solution that can help the customer in the final choice. The service and the documentation produced, as well as the material sent to the customer, do not take into account the building specifications (structures, systems, measures, etc.) and the regulations in force on the spot and therefore do not have the value of executive technical documentation.

2 - In order to formulate a design solution suited to the Customer's requests, it is necessary to fill in the minimum information by filling in the form present when choosing the product. During the consultation with the PROGETTARIA team, you will have the opportunity to exchange all the clarifications and additional information. You will need to attach the following:

  • plan of the environment being consulted, possibly in electronic PDF format (in scale) or in JPEG with the indication of the most exact measurements possible;
  • photos in digital format (possibly jpg or png) of the affected area;
  • report on the current situation and requests for future accommodation, specifying one's tastes and attaching representative images of what is most interesting.

3 - The costs indicated on the "PROGETTARIA.com" website are to be considered VAT (22%) INCLUDED and refer to the individual consultancy requested and exclusively to the plan sent by you. Subsequent other design solutions, if required, will be quoted separately and individually according to the above price list or based on any customized quote. The costs of the 3D rendering project solutions are indicated in the Services section of the "PROGETTARIA.com" website and refer to rough virtual reconstructions. By paying the requested service, the customer user declares to have read and accepted these "terms of service" and to have viewed the price list of the "PROGETTARIA.com" website. Payment for the requested services can be made with all the solutions available on the "PROGETTARIA.com" website. The payment data will be communicated upon confirmation of the order. The project documents will be sent via the site itself upon communication by email to the user or directly by email. The following data are required for sending the invoice: Name, Surname, Address of residence and Tax Code.

4 - The consulting service of PROGETTARIA.com is personalized. So, pursuant to art. 55 paragraph 2 lett. C of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 185 (Consumer Code), the regulation on the right of withdrawal provided for in favor of the Consumer by Articles 64 and following of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 185.

5 - The user cannot request a refund of the sum paid for the consultancy service offered even if he believes that the service provided does not meet his needs. For any complaints about the consultancy activity provided by "PROGETTARIA.com", the user can send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: clienti@progettaria.com, within 7 (seven) days from receipt of the documents sent , specifying the reasons for this request. If the details of acceptance of the complaint are identified (advice below the standards envisaged and represented on the pages of the site: "PROGETTARIA.com"), the project will be carried out again without increasing the costs for the Customer. Complaints received after the indicated times (seven days) will not be taken into consideration.

 

6 - The timing for realization of the works is generally rather short:

  1. 10 working days following the exchange of all the material and useful information for design purposes for the Classic service;
  2. 10 working days + 5 days for the list of materials and furnishings for the Complete service;
  3. 10 working days for each room + 5 days for the list of materials and furnishings for the Premium service;

 

For the Subscription service, the timescales in point 6b) will apply for each request received by email to the clienti@progettaria.com box. Multiple requests will be processed in order of receipt.

 

7 - All the exchange of preliminary information and the delivery of the works takes place within the site or via email with the team of consultants.

8 - All the material on the "PROGETTARIA.com" site is the property of the author and cannot be copied or duplicated except with the explicit written consent of the author himself. All the material sent to the customer, on the occasion of our consultancy, is owned by the author himself, who can arrange for its publication at any time, by any means and for any purpose (commercial, advertising, etc.). PROGETTARIA.com reserves the right to keep all the material object of the consultancy for a maximum time of 30 days. from the date of sending to the Customer. If duplicates of the documents are requested, in addition to the days indicated, a written request must be made via e-mail (clienti@progettaria.com) and the relative cost will be communicated by the same means.

9 - "PROGETTARIA.com" undertakes to guarantee a continuous service of its website, but is not liable for any disservices, inactivity or delays, caused by the server that hosts it.

10 - "PROGETTARIA.com" reserves the right to suspend the service in whole or in part, with a minimum notice of 30 days. Any consultations already requested before the expiry of this term will in any case be completed according to the terms contained in these conditions of service.

12 - For any controversy advanced by the Customer and related to the consultancy service requested and carried out by "PROGETTARIA.com", the Frosinone Court is competent.
